专利说明:
Description: The invention relates to toy figures, to whose fuselage movable limbs are fastened by means of ball joints, which are located in joint sockets of the trunk and each have a longitudinal bore, at least one pair of similar limbs being connected to the trunk via an elastic traction means and anchoring means for the traction means are provided. Such figures can both primates and humans, as well as animals, especially four-legged represent. Imaginative play requires moving and remaining limbs. From the US Design Patent Des 389 203, it is known to form such figures arranged on the trunk joint sockets and arranged on the limbs elastic joint sockets. For this purpose, but the latter must be made of an elastic material, for example of a plastic, so that they can be brought overcoming the friction in the ball joints in the desired position and remain in this. Also, for the removal or attachment of the limbs elastic deformation of the joint socket is necessary. Recently, there is an aversion to plastic toys and a tendency to replace them with wood. However, wood does not have the elasticity required to disassemble and hold the limbs in place. In addition, plastic parts in any form (as well as the molded on the hull joint balls) can be easily produced by spraying. However, wood must always be machined so that ease of manufacture is important. Further, from US 1 348 216 a mannequin made of wood is known, whose limbs are fixed by means of ball joints on the trunk and have a longitudinal bore. The arms are connected by an elastic traction means with the trunk, which extends from an anchoring means of the one arm through the trunk to the anchoring means in the other arm. This mannequin is expensive to manufacture and difficult to assemble. In addition, the limbs are not fixed in a particular position. It is the object of the present invention to propose a toy figure suitable for the production of wood, without sacrificing game options. It should even be possible to connect the limbs with those of other figures or, if the limbs are arms, to equip them with tools. According to the invention, this is done with the characterizing features of independent claim 1. The arrangement of the joint balls on the respective member simplifies the production considerably, because this is so produced in a clamping on a lathe. The joint pans then need only be sunk into the hull. The longitudinal bore - it can be centric, but it does not have to be - is also very easy to produce. The connection of at least one pair of similar limbs (a pair of arms or wings or two pairs of legs in quadrupeds) to the trunk by means of a single elastic traction means received in stepped bores of the limbs and at the ends of which knots are tied for anchoring is particular simple and practical. The traction means is a rubber band, but this is not to be understood as a material specification. In a preferred embodiment, the joint balls of the links at their end facing the fuselage in the longitudinal direction extending slots, into which open the longitudinal bores. The slots have a double function. First, they give the traction means room with strongly angled member, so that it is not trapped and also they improve the traction of the traction device. Second, they each define a specific rotational position of the respective member. Thanks to the ball joint, the limbs are also rotatable about their longitudinal axis. If several such slots in different Zentriwinkeln (relative to the longitudinal axis of the member, in which also the longitudinal bore extends), different rotational positions are defined. In a further embodiment, the limbs serving as arms have at their end facing away from the trunk a transverse bore into which objects can be inserted by means of a pin which fits into the transverse bore. It is made of the possibility of choosing different rotational positions of the arms use. The respective object can then be arranged in a realistic rotational position of the arm. For example, a hammer is held differently than a lantern. Another measure reduces the friction in the ball joint and simplifies the production: the formation of the joint socket as a conical surface. This provides line contact rather than surface contact in the case of a ball socket, hence less friction and ease of manufacture, and a conical surface can be formed with the tip of an ordinary drill. In the following the invention will be described and explained with reference to figures. It shows: 1 shows a toy figure according to the invention in a frontal view, 2 shows a vertical section through the toy figure of Figure 1, 3 shows detail A of FIG. 1 in longitudinal section, 4 shows section according to IV-IV in Fig. 3, 5 shows a part of the toy figure of FIG. 1 with an arm in a first rotational position, FIG. Fig. 6: Same with an arm in a second rotational position and Fig. 7: Same with an arm in a third rotational position. In Fig. 1, the head is denoted by 1 and the trunk of the figure of a primate by 2. At shoulder height, the two arms 3, 4 and at the waist height, the two legs 5, 6 articulated. The head 1 can be inserted and rotated in a blind bore 7 of the fuselage 2. The limbs 3, 4, 5, 6 are articulated in ball joints 10, 11, 12, 13 on the fuselage 2. In Fig. 2 can be seen on the example of arms 3, 4, as the limbs 3, 4 are attached to the fuselage 2. These (3, 4) have longitudinal bores 15, 16. The hull 2 has at shoulder height a channel 17 passing through it from right to left, which here is formed by two bores 18, 19 enclosing an obtuse angle in order to avoid the blind bore 7. A single elastic traction means 20 extends from an anchoring means 21 through the longitudinal bore 15 in the right arm 3 through the ball joint 10, further through the channel 17 in the fuselage 2 via the ball joint 11 in the longitudinal bore 16 of the left arm 4 and ends in a further anchoring means 22nd , The elastic traction means 20 is a rubber band, d. H. an elastic band. A spring coil represents an equivalent solution of a rubber band. Correspondingly, the anchoring means 21, 22 are formed. In the simplest case, they are nodes that are supported on shoulders (see Fig. 3). In the same way, the legs 5, 6 can be connected to each other and to the fuselage 2, although this can not be seen in the figures. Fig. 3 shows an arm 3 in section. He is here about its longitudinal axis 26 rotationally symmetrical and has a longitudinal bore 15. The longitudinal bore 15 is on a shoulder in a zone of larger diameter 27 on. The hull-side end of the arm 3 (as well as that of the other arm 4) is designed as a joint ball 30 which is movable in a joint socket 31. The joint cup 31 is formed here as a lateral surface of a cone. In it, the arm 3 is forward / backward and up / down in any composition movable and rotatable about its longitudinal axis 26. In Fig. 4 can be seen in conjunction with Fig. 3 that the joint ball 30 has longitudinal slots 40, 41. The slots 40, 41 close to the longitudinal bore 15, so that the traction means 20 is guided out of the bore 17 out through the slot 20 into the longitudinal bore 15. Thus, the arm 3 is fixed in a rotational position. The two slots 40, 41, which enclose here as a central angle a right angle, thus allowing four angular positions. However, it may also be three or more arranged in different centric slots slots, corresponding to six or more angular positions. The fuselage end of the arm 3 is here extended as a hand and has a transverse bore 44 which intersects the longitudinal bore 15 in its zone of larger diameter 27 and terminates in a retaining slot 47 to the outer end of the hand. In the holding slot 47 tools or handles of accessories can be resiliently clicked. In order to achieve the necessary elasticity for the clicking in, the arm 3 is divided by the transverse bore 44, starting from a spring slot 48 directed towards the fuselage 2. The transverse bore 44 and the retaining slot 47 can be used for connection with other objects or figures, for example with a hammer 45 in FIG. 5. The stem 46 of the hammer is in the transverse bore 44th 5 to 7 show three of four different rotational positions, which are possible with two mutually perpendicular slots 40, 41. Within the scope of the claims, the invention includes all possible combinations, applications and equivalents of the mentioned features. In particular, this relates to the connection of the limbs all possible limbs: arms, legs, wings, etc. Reference number [0021] 1 head 2 trunk 3 right arm 4 left arm 5 right leg 6 left leg 7 blind bore 10, 11, 12, 13 ball joints 15, 16 longitudinal bores 17 transverse channel in 2 18, 19 bores of 17 20 traction means 21, 22 anchoring means 26 Longitudinal axis Arm 27 Zone of 15, 16 30 Ball joint 31 Joint socket 40,41 Slot 44 Cross hole 45 Hammer 46 Pin, hammer handle 47 Retaining slot 48 Spring slot
